Senior Production Supervisor

Miraka Limited, milk powder processing plant, seeks an experienced Senior Production Supervisor to join their team. You will be leading three effective and motivated teams, with Production Supervisors as your three direct reports. The role is hands-on for a talented Senior Production Supervisor who thrives on setting and achieving daily output targets. To be successful you will have experience managing teams of 15+ staff in the milk powder manufacturing industry whilst implementing efficient manufacturing practices and managing high speed automated machinery. Thorough knowledge of milk powder drying operations, HACCP, RMP and site system documentation and adherence is essential.

Accountable to the Operations Manager you will have sound reporting skills and a high level of computer literacy. Have a good working knowledge of all health and safety processes and practises, shift work operations, staff supervision, cost control and yield management.
